Strategy Sessions

Refunds for strategy sessions are available only prior to the commencement of the session.

Refunds for courses and programs are available only before the course or program has commenced.

Cooling-Off Period

A 3-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, provided the course, service or digital content has not yet commenced or been accessed.

7. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation requests.
