5. Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before access is granted to products, services or programs unless otherwise agreed.
For payment plans and subscriptions, you authorise us to process recurring payments according to the selected plan.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products
No refunds are provided for digital products once access has been granted.
Strategy Sessions
Refunds for strategy sessions are available only prior to the commencement of the session.
Courses, Programs & Private Sessions
Refunds are available only when requested within the three-day cooling-off period and before the course, program or private sessions have commenced. After the cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable; however, the booking may be transferred to another person.
Cooling-Off Period
A 3-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, provided the course, service or digital content has not yet commenced or been accessed.
7. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation requests.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training resources, videos, downloads, branding and intellectual property remain the property of Centre For Life Therapies Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or share our materials without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We respect participant confidentiality and request that all participants likewise respect the confidentiality of other clients, students and community members.
10. Limitation of Liability
